SocialNetGate is a one-stop solution to social media management. SocialNetGate is a service offered to businesses that are looking to leverage social media to promote their business in four easy steps: Presence, Promotion, Engagement and Monitoring. Using our service will help grow the business by promoting through social media that finds new customers. The service also helps retain existing customers and helps provide services to them.
Tell me how it works
By supplying SocialNetGate with your business information, i.e., logo, URL; we create your presence in primary and secondary networks. The process takes two weeks. You will be notified when it's ready, and then you can immediately start smart publishing and providing content to start your expansion. SocialNetGate monitors your social media activities on your behalf. You will receive weekly emails that contain all the activities of your social media along with analytics that help you understand how your presence is growing.
Why do I need to have my presence in so many networks?
It's not only important to have a presence in the primary networks, such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, but also in secondary networks that are pertinent to your business, i,e., Vimeo (video sharing), BlogSpot and WordPress. When the next hot network comes up, you will already be there!
How much does it cost?
The initial start-up cost is $399 to create your ecosystem and $199 a month to maintain it as well as using all the features of SocialNetGate; publishing features, tools and monitoring. If any new networks come in, SocialNetGate will create a presence for you ASAP. I.e., Google Plus.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There is no contract. You may unsubscribe whenever you like.
I think social media is a waste of time. How does SocialNetGate help me with that?

My company has multiple products. How do I manage social media with all the products?
SocialNetGate is a multi-user, multi-profile social media platform. You can establish one account and manage multiple profiles inside, with permission given to multiple users.
You will be writing the content for me, right?
No. We do not write the content. You supply the information that you want disbursed.
What kind of content can I publish?
To be specific: six types; status updates, videos, blogs, documents, photos and audio files.
What is the difference between a blog and a micro-blog?
A blog is a story that includes pictures and links whereas a microblog is a short (usually 140 characters) quick idea or realtime update, such as status updates.
How do I publish images/photos?
You can publish one photo or an album of photos by uploading them in SocialNetGate's promotion tab and we take care of the rest by sending those photos to photo sharing networks.

What is voice blog? How does it work?
A voice blog is exactly that. You will be assigned a number by SocialNetGate. You call that number and leave a voice blog. SocialNetGate will publish that blog in words.
How do I publish videos?
You can publish videos on any network that supports them. You simply log on to SocialNetGate and select video and upload to chosen networks
What happens when I publish a video?
Your video will then be visible to the public or anyone that logs on to your channel.
How do I publish audio files?
You can publish audio files on social networks and music sharing sites. Log on to SocialNetGate, go to promote/publish page, upload the audio and publish to chosen networks
How do I publish documents?
Documents are uploaded as attachments. You simply upload them in the selected field.
What happens when I publish a document?
Once you publish a document it is visible to your public.
What is the testimonial feature? How does it work?
The rating and recommendation prove to be very valuable to your marketing efforts. Testimonial feature works as below:
- Send testimonial requester email to your customers asking them to recommend your product/service
- Customers can write testimonial for you
- SocialNetGate provides option to share it across their social media profiles
- SocialNetGate thanks them on your behalf
- Displays your social media profiles to them providing option for them to Like, Follow or Subscribe.
Tell me about the "offers" feature?
Say, for example, you own a restaurant and you want to send out a 10 percent off coupon. You would do this through the "offers" feature and SocialNetGate will publish it for you on the networks of choice.
I already have Facebook and Twitter presence. How do I integrate that?
You will need to make us an administrator of your Facebook page. This information is in the set-up process. For Twitter, you will need to provide us with username and password.
How to add admin to my Facebook Page?
- To add a person as the admin of the page, the person should first like your page.
- Once the person likes your page, log in to Facebook and go to your page.
- On the top of the page, you can see the Manage button with a drop down (Make sure you are on the "Admin Panel")
- Click Manage -> Edit Page, and in the edit page click "Manage Admins" on the list at the left
- On that page, in the given text box start typing the name of the person, so that you will get a drop down if the person likes your page.
- Click to select the person and "save change". In the "Confirm Changes?" Dialog box, enter your Facebook password and click confirm.

What happens after I pay?
After you pay and all your information has been submitted, like URL, Logo, Bio, Keywords, then SocialNetGate will take two weeks to put your ecosystem together

I don't have a website. Can I still use SocialNetGate?
Absolutely. And actually, your ecosystem is virtually a website.

What happens to my information after I cancel?
Your account information is maintained for 30 days after you cancel. After that 30 days is up, your information is deleted from our system.
How does my "meet the team" feature work?
This feature allows you to upload pictures of your team as well as a short bio on your Facebook Page.
What is "social widget" and how does it work?
Viral Marketing is the best way of marketing which yields the most out of marketing. Similarly Social widget by SocialNetGate is the best way to combine all your online marketing efforts. We have changed my company logo? How do I change it?
In order to change your logo, you can go to your profile page and upload the new logo or you can send an email to customer support with your logo attached. It's important to note that you can only change your logo once every 30 days.
How do I unsubscribe?
Send an email to our support team and your account will be canceled.
